Question How can I be sure that my furniture will fit through the door/stairs?
Answer

The dimensions of our items are listed on the product page.
All you need to do is measure your door and/or elevator to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Remember that the packaging dimensions are larger than the furniture itself, so for deliveries to upper floors, you should check the access dimensions of your home. This way, you can inform the courier if you think there might be space issues.

Question What payment methods are accepted?
Answer

You can make payments via PayPal or credit/debit cards.

It's also possible to pay by bank transfer. In this case, you will need to send an email with the payment receipt and wait for our confirmation of the transfer receipt before we can start the shipment.

"Pay and Pick Up": pay online and pick up the goods directly from our warehouse without any additional shipping costs.

Shipping and Delivery

Question Which courier will deliver my order? Is my order tracked?
Answer

We work with several trusted couriers and choose the most suitable one for your order based on its size and delivery location.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all the details and a tracking code if the selected courier offers this service.

Question How is the delivery carried out?
Answer

Delivery—unless otherwise agreed—is intended to be to the curbside outside your home (meaning the courier is not required to unload the goods). Any deliveries with a liftgate (to bring the item to street level) will be arranged during the purchase process with our shipping manager.

Question Can I use the floor delivery service and schedule the delivery for a specific day? What should I do if I live in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL)?

Yes, if you want the floor delivery service, you can specify this in the NOTES section when placing your order.

Within a few hours, you will receive a quote for the additional cost of the service, which you will need to pay separately using our payment methods.

If you live in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), please specify this in the notes at the time of purchase so we can recalculate the additional shipping costs, which will need to be paid separately.

Question Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
Answer

YES, if you want to pick up your order directly from our warehouse (Brescia), you must do so within 7 days of making the payment.

Given the materials we handle, we take special care with our packaging methods.

Whenever possible, items will be disassembled before being packed.
The packaging material is not returnable.

Question Are the furniture pieces restored?
Answer

It depends.
Most of the items we sell are vintage, which means their added value comes from the time and history each piece has to tell.
Every item we purchase is inspected, cleaned, and restored to good condition. We assess their condition and decide on the type of intervention needed.
We strive to provide very clear and detailed photographs of each product. However, if you need further clarification about an item's condition, please contact us before making a purchase.

Question What is the origin of the furniture? From which years are the furniture and decor items?
Answer

All the furniture and items we handle are of Scandinavian origin or Scandinavian style. We deal primarily with original pieces from the 20th century, with a particular preference for the typical designs of the 1950s and 1960s.
